THEY ARE BACK !!!!!!


They are back!!!! The MR X Family show is a work of RMD Productions Ltd 

Ego Boyo and Richard Mofe-Damijo (RMD) graced the screen together in the early 90s with Checkmate and later in 1996 in the movie, Violated.

Does anyone remember Keeping Faith from the early 2000s? That was the last movie in which Ego Boyo featured. It's a real pleasure to know she'll be gracing the screen again after a long hiatus. I know she's been doing a lot of stuff  behind the scenes in creative arts as the owner of Temple Productions, Nigeria.

Mr X Family Show is a series that'll be airing on DSTV from May 6th. The question on my mind is how can we diasporians get to watch ? :-(  I'm hoping we'll get lucky and be able to watch online.

Yes o, I remember Keeping Faith. It’s still one of my best movies till date. Can’t wait to have them on my screen again.

One of mine as well. I have found myself going back to YouTube to watch Keeping Faith many times.

A little Update From Me

Hello there!! Happy New Year!!!  I say Happy New Year because I've been away from this blog for so long. :-(  I can't get past the fact that it was the new year just a few months ago. I remember going to church for the crossover service into the new year. It was my first in-person crossover service in 7 years. If you don't know what a crossover service is, ask any Nigerian. :-) 2023 was a few hours away, and my mind ran over the events in 2022. I thought about my wins, like moving to a new state, settling in, getting a job promotion, etc. I thought about how I got sick and felt like life was leaving me to being well again. People went forward to share their testimonies, and I felt I was supposed to be out there proclaiming God's goodness to me. "I'm sorry, Lord," I muttered. "Thank you for everything."   I t was a rainy Monday morning, and Lara was frustrated by all the traffic. That was one thing she missed about London. Fast and reliable transportation that got you where you were going without hassles. She was cranky by the time she arrived at the office that morning.
