Dear Reader, If you're in the Western World, I hope that you're enjoying Summer and if you are somewhere else in the world, I do hope that you are keeping well and maximizing the moment in a world that's become more topsy turvy than ever.  I thought Covid would be a thing of the past by now. Sadly it's on the rise in many places. An absolute bummer! Regardless, I'm grateful for the vaccines and the return to normalcy in the part of the world where I live. I took a break this month. I changed my environment after a long period of time and for an extended period too. When I decided to embark on my trip, I wasn't in a good headspace. There was turmoil going on inside me.
