SILVER RAIN

The movie up for review today is Silver Rain. I am two years late in reviewing this movie because it was actually released in 2015. Nevertheless, I'll just go ahead with my review. Lol. Better late than never. A part of me believes not everyone has seen this movie.  Silver Rain was not a typical Nollywood movie as it featured actors across the African continent; some of them were new faces. The movie starred actors like Enyinna Nwige, Joselyn Dumas and Uru Eke. As usual,these awesome actors did not fail to deliver. I rate this movie 4 out of 5 just because I choose to not be 100 percent generous with my rating. :-).  The cinematography was great in my opinion.  Ajoa, a street girl met Bruce the rich heir of the Timothy fortunes one sunny day in an accident situation  on the streets of Ghana . Adjoa's world was the slumy market place where she worked and lived in pitiable conditions. She was picked up by the authorities one day and her only way out of 'detention

THE MASTER PIECE

Hello World and Francine Rivers' Fans, Wave if you are reading this :-) So I was introduced to Francine Rivers' books some time in 2003. How can I ever forget her first book which I read - AS SURE AS THE DAWN.  I was WOWED. Who was this writer who wrote so gorgeously?  The book was part of a trilogy. I read the other two books in the series a year or two after that.   The trilogy- A Voice in the wind, An echo in the darkness and As sure as the dawn had a profound effect on me back then.
